It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Phyllis A. Elbert of Mansfield, Ohio, who passed away on September 29, 2023, at the age of 90, leaving to mourn family and friends. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Cloyde Murray and Mary Murray (Waddups); and her sister Viola Mayes (Charles Elbert). She is survived by: her children, Linda Walls (Doug) of Bloomington, Fred Elbert (Sherry) of Saratoga Springs and Carol Kurta (Paul) of Owings. She is also survived by three grandchildren and five great grandchildren.
