Payton Austin Sturts Obituary

It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Payton Austin Sturts of Mansfield, Ohio, who passed away on June 2, 2023, at the age of 19, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his great-grandparents, Josephine Leech, W. E. Kirkpatrick, Wayne, Dwan Sturts and Earl Hershey; and also Skip Fueston.

He is survived by: his parents, Jeremy Sturts and Monica Sturts; his sister Chloe Sturts; his grandparents, Reggie, Laurie Sturts of Mansfield, Deb Kirkpatrick, Terry Stevens of Bellville, Robert Kirkpatrick and Mary Hay of Columbus; his uncle Ben Kirkpatrick of Mansfield; his aunts, Lisa (Denny Baker) and Sarah (Joe King); his cousins, McKenzie Baker, Wyatt Baker, Parker King, Braylee and Cohen Sturts; his great-grandparent Margaretta Kirkpatrick of Butler; his close friends, Hunter, Bradley, Jimmy, Noah and Kohler of Lucas; and his siblings, Addi (Kason Pittman), Olivia, Zoe (Gunner Norris) and Rebekah (Leah Case).

One of the hardest working kids, during Covid at the age of 15 he would make sure all his online school work was done first thing in the morning and then go work with his Dad.
