It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Paul L. Garver of Mansfield, Ohio, born in Marion, Ohio, who passed away on November 18, 2023, at the age of 72, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Richard Garver and Mary Jane Garver (Frost); his brother Raymond Garver; his father-in-law George Swank; and his sister-in-law Susan Milligan.
He is survived by: his wife Beverly Swank; his son Brandon Garver; his grandchildren, Braedon and Jaena Garver; his siblings, Pat Wise (Dan) and Larry Garver (Diana); his mother-in-law Opal Swank; and his siblings-in-law, Pam Russell, Steve Swank (Diane), George Swank (Janet) and Mike Mulligan. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews and grand nieces and grand nephews.
