He was predeceased by: his parents, Nathaniel Moore Sr. and Clara Moore (Brown); his sister Traci Moore; and his nieces, Temika Moore and Yolanda Wellington.
He is survived by: his daughters, Nykedia Young of Waldorf, MD and Jasmine Moon-Woodbury of Atlanta, GA; his stepson Lucius Jones II of Marion, OH.; his grandchildren, Aaron Jae Young-Oliveira, Shane Young, Seth Young, Damien Moon Jr., Caitlyn Moon and Joshua Holt Jr.; his siblings, LaVerne Wellington (Sylvester) of Mansfield, OH, Tina Gamble (Michael) of Atlanta, GA and Ronald Taylor of Brownsville, TN.; his aunt Marie Brown; his uncle Charlie Moore (Eddie); and his close friends, Robert Duckworth, Michael Schafer, Louis Young and Tikece "Keith" Brent. He is also survived by cousins, nieces, nephews, extended family, and friends.
Visitation will be held on Tuesday, November 26th 2024 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Shiloh Baptist Church (130 E 2nd St, Mansfield, OH 44902). A funeral service will be held on Tuesday, November 26th 2024 from 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the same location. A burial will be held on Tuesday, November 26th 2024 from 12:30 PM to 12:45 PM at the Mansfield Cemetery Association Inc. (389 Altamont Ave, Mansfield, OH 44902).
