She is survived by: her daughter Suzanne E. Griggs (Gordon); her grandchildren, Robert T. Allen (Kristina), Ryan S. Allen (Emma), Roland S., Marianna C. and Brant A. Griggs; her great grandchildren, Ellie, Leah and Luke Allen; her siblings, Mary Slabaugh (Watson), Emily Beard Herrick (Robert), Carolyn A. Colby (William), Rupert F. Cox, Jr. (Mary Alice) and Richard C. Cox; her nephews, Robert W. Colby and David C. Beard; and her close friend James C. Gorman. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to Holy Trinity Lutheran Church or the Humane Society of Richland County.
