He was predeceased by: his parents, Mary Known (Davidson) and Murray Sylvester Brandenburg Sr. Known; his sister Barbara Ashby (Bob); and his brother-in-law John Moorehouse. He is survived by: his wife Donna Brandenburg; his children, John M. Brandenburg (Karen) and Debra Bechtol (Brent) of Mansfield; his grandchildren, Bryan Brandenburg (Allison), Rhett Brandenburg (Carrie), Marissa Gubin (Vincent), Mark Bechtol (Brittany), John Brandenburg (Bobbie) and Paige Stafford (Mike); and his sister-in-law Alice Martinez. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
