She is survived by: her parents, Greg Hess and Tresa Hess (Cooper); her brother Joseph "Nate" Hess (Kimberly); her nieces, Chloe and Lilly Hess; her grandparents, Georgia Cooper and Paul Carmichael; and her aunts and uncles, Deb Phillips (Deb Farley), Julie Maynard (Neil), Kevin Hess, Chris Hess (Lisa) and Joshua Hess (Kumi).
Contributions in her memory may be made to the family to be forwarded on to Ohio Lion's District 13-OH-2 STEPS (Pediatric Cancer Fund).
