She is survived by: her parents, David Stupka and Janice Stupka (Rugan) of Butler; her pet Sparky; her siblings, Joyce DeMuth (Jeremy) of D'Iberville, MS, Grace Stupka (Kenny Harr) of Toledo, Philip Stupka and Joseph Stupka; her grandmother Edith Rugan; and her godparents, Frank and Bernadette White of Parma.
