She is survived by: her husband Mark; her sons, Matthew and Martin; her grandchildren, Landon, Trevor and Haylee; her nieces, Jaimie and Lindsey; her great-nieces and great-nephews, Anthony and Lukas; her daughters-in-law, Trisha and Brooke; and her granddaughter Sophia Breitinger.

In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to St. Jude Children's Research Hospital.
