She was predeceased by: her parents, Henry Edward "Ed" and Claris Kemplin (Adkins); and her nephew Jacob Edward Kemplin. She is survived by: her sons, Jason Waddles (Amanda) of Plymouth, Josh Chase of Mansfield, Zac Chase (Kristi) of Mansfield and Matt Chase (Renee) of Mansfield; her grandchildren, Gavin, Ryleigh, Henry, Kaitlynn, Caden, Logan, Connor, Brody, Bella, Brinn and Benji; her pets, Abby and Lexie; and her siblings, Pam Ridenour, Terri Kemplin Howard and Ed Kemplin. She is also survived by numerous other relatives and friends.
