He is survived by: his parents, Todd Sloboda and Barbara Sloboda (Weiland); his brother Tim Sloboda (Dawn) of Paso Robles, CA; his daughter Cadence Green-Sloboda; the mother of his child Christine Sloboda; his grandmother Pat Weiland of Huron; his uncles, Rob Sloboda (Lori), Doug Sloboda (Kim), Mike Weiland, Phil Weiland and Dan Weiland (Kendra); his aunt Janet Lewis (William); his great-aunt Martha Kay McCartney; and his cousin Greg Sloboda.
