She was predeceased by: her parents, Robert Piper Brook, Sr. and Janie Weuthrich Brook; her brothers, John David Brook, Robert Piper Brook, Jr. and James Russell Brook; and her cousins, Cindy Mueller and Mary Jane Getts.

She is survived by: her nephew Jeffrey T. Brook; her sisters-in-law, Pat Brook and Beverly Brook; her cousins, Barbara Wendland, James Mueller, Sarah Mueller, Shelley McNeal and Peggy Eyerly; and her friend Nancy Huck.

Memorial contributions may be made to a charity of the donor's choice.
