She was predeceased by: her father Parker Fortner; and her brother David Fortner. She is survived by: her mother Elsie Fortner (Russell); her husband Tim Bongiorno; her children, Mandi Bongiorno-Randell (Adam) and Chelsea Trent (Mark); her grandsons, Ethan Koch and Clark Randell; her sister Leslie Boutell (Ron); her nieces and nephews, Andrew Boutell (Heidi), Paul Bongiorno, Sarah Baniak (Kevin), Chrystal Bongiorno, Devyn Weber, Danielle McClay and Emily McClay; and her siblings-in-law, Tina McClay and Paul David Bongiorno.
Visitation was held on Saturday, February 8th 2025 from 1:00 PM to 2:00 PM at the Mission Point Church (54 E Cook Rd, Mansfield, OH 44907). A funeral service was held on Saturday, February 8th 2025 at 2:00 PM at the same location.
