She was predeceased by: her parents, Frank E. Statler and Mae Statler (Coleman); her husbands, Richard G. Conrad, Jerry Shaffer and Ervin D. Fackler; and her brother Neil Statler.
She is survived by: her children, Kimberly Conrad and Kevin Conrad (Janet); her grandson Jack Conrad (John Nieft); her sister Karen Killian (Ken); her sister-in-law Nancy Statler; and her friend Megan Williams. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
Memorial contributions may be made to Mount Carmel Hospice or New Beginnings Church.
