He was predeceased by: his parents, Rev. Weldon Fulmer and Dorothy Fulmer (Boyer). He is survived by: his wife Garnett Fulmer (Morgan Hill); his sons, Keith Fulmer (Jennifer) and Kurt Fulmer (Deb); his stepson Steve Hill (Sheila); his grandchildren, Courtney Smith (Tyler), Hannah, Chloe Fulmer, Ainsley Hill and Parker Hill; his great grandchildren, Gentry and Charley Ann; his sister Joyce Albrecht (John); and his niece Debbie.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions can be made to the First Congregational Church music and youth programs.
