He was predeceased by: his parents, Paul H. Rush and Jessie E. Rush (Simanton); and his daughter Kandy Buhl. He is survived by: his wife Mary Rush; his children, Diane Tolliver (Matt), Amy Petrycki (Joe), Scott Esselburn (Dee), Tod Esselburn and Leanne Tobin (Trey); and his sister Judy Snyder. He is also survived by seven grandchildren; five great-grandchildren.
A reception will be held on Monday, January 6th 2025 from 3:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Wappner Funeral Directors-Mansfield (98 S Diamond St, Mansfield, OH 44902).
