He is survived by: his sister Janet Whatman (Tim); his children, Vicki Bonham Belanger (Ed Frey), Brad Bonham (Meg) and Yvonne Bonham (James Bartley); his stepchildren, Carey McKenzie, Johnny Ray Kemplin and Angie Johnson; his grandchildren, Shelley Belanger (Brian Burt), Tyler Crowley (Megan), Katie Anderson (Mike), Erin Bonham, Sarah Bonham, Cole Bonham and Jazzmine Bonham; and his great grandchildren, Levi Crowley and Quin Anderson.

In lieu of flowers, the family requests that charitable contributions be made in Kenny's name to Smile Train or St. Peter's Parish.
