He was predeceased by: his parents, Henry Clark and Virginia Clark (Buchter). He is survived by: his wife Christine Clark; his sons, Jason Clark of Texas and Brian Clark of Mansfield; his siblings, Patti Campbell (Bob) of California, Cindy Clark of California and David Clark of California; and his brothers-in-law, Stephen Patterson and Robert Patterson. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, and cousins.
Memorial contributions in his honor can be made to the Richland County Dog Warden or to SouthernCare Hospice, who provided excellent care of Keith in his final days.
