He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Kenneth Troupe and Esther Troupe (Schafer); his children, Steve England (Linda) of Mission Viejo, CA, Tricia Mumaw (Mike) of Fort Worth, TX, Neil Witchey (Wendy) of Marysville, OH, Scott Witchey (Amy) of Ashland, OH and Kellie Granera (José) of Keokuk, IA; his close friends, Marilyn and Ed Taylor; his son Wayne Schmidt; and his wife Nancy Dorraine Troupe. He was also cherished by 21 grandchildren; 23 great-grandchildren.
