He was predeceased by: his mothers, Vivian F. Massey and Anna L. Massey (Rice); his siblings, Robert Massey and Julia Bauer; and his former wife Donna Massey.

He is survived by: his daughter Susan Baughman (Mark) of Mansfield; his granddaughters, Rachel and Stephanie; his sisters, Janet Amsbaugh (Art) of Mansfield and Joyce Stansberry (Gary) of Mansfield; and his niece Amanda Coffman.

In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made in care of Mansfield Christian School, 500 Logan Road, Mansfield, Ohio 44907.
