With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Jeannette Violet Stitt of Mansfield, Ohio, whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on December 28, 2024 at the age of 100. She was predeceased by: her parents, Virgil Carver and Esther May Carver (Baker); her husband Edwin S. Stitt; her son Kenneth Stitt (Martha); and her siblings, Lawrence Carver, Beatrice Wertz, Eleanor McCullough, Margery Moga, Alvin Carver, David Carver and Richard Carver.
She is survived by: her daughter Beverly Fasig (Thomas); her grandchildren, Sara Smith (Brice), Mandy Drugan (Jesse), Brian Stitt, Christine Earlenbaugh (Jason) and Eric Stitt (Ashley); her great grandchildren, Gabrielle Smith (Logan), Abigail Smith, Ariah Brammer (Matthew), Aleah Clow (Bryce) and Wyatt Earlenbaugh; her nephew Gary Bridges (Debbie); and her siblings, Wanda Bridges and Robert Carver.
Visitation was held on Thursday, January 2nd 2025 from 9:00 AM to 10:00 AM at the Wappner Funeral Directors-Mansfield (98 S Diamond St, Mansfield, OH 44902). A memorial service was held on Thursday, January 2nd 2025 at 10:00 AM at the same location.
