It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Jean McVicar (Mansfield, Ohio), who passed away on December 3, 2024, at the age of 92, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Harry Creager and Corinne Creager; her son Robert L. McVicar; and her siblings, Dean, Roderic and Emalou Schmidgall.
She is survived by: her sons, Richard L. McVicar of Mansfield and J. Malcolm; her daughters-in-law, Julie McVicar of Lake Orion and Connie C. McVicar of Bethany; and her stepsisters, Sherry Bennett and Pamela Cook. She is also survived by many nieces, nephews and many step grandchildren.
Memorial contributions in Mrs. McVicar's memory may be made to First Christian Church or National Alliance Mental Illness (NAMI - Richland County).
