She was predeceased by: her parents, Robert E. Howman and Marguerite E. Howman (Franklin); and her siblings, Sharon Elliott (Danny) and Gene Howman. She is survived by: her husband Cecil Harper; her son Terry Harper (Char) of Ontario; her grandson Cory Harper; and her stepgrandchildren, Chase Forrer and Blake Forrer.
