We are sad to announce that on December 15, 2023, at the age of 84, James L Carsey of Mansfield, Ohio, born in Lancaster, Ohio passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his wife Janice Carsey; his parents, Emmitt Carsey and Katherine Carsey; and his siblings, Dick Carsey, Fred Carsey, Jane Murphy, Kathy Meadows and Carol Carsey.

He is survived by: his children, Jim Carsey, Don Zinn and Debra Zinn; his granddaughter Vickie; and his siblings, Jesse Carsey (Karen), Nancy Fry (Arnold), Evelyn Carsey, Joyce Hoffman, Patricia Burton, Sharon McPeak (Dave) and Sandy Carsey. He is also survived by many grandchildren, nieces, nephews.
