He is survived by: his wife Ilene Thompson; his children, Amy Mays, William Thompson, Robert Thompson and Jack Thompson Jr.; and his siblings, Rex Thompson (Susan), Pete Thompson (Sheila), Arlen Thompson (Deb), Cathy Thompson and Katherine Thompson. He is also survived by 8 grandchildren; 7 great-grandchildren.
