She was predeceased by: her parents, Gus Stephens and Jessie Mae Stephens (Fugate); and her husband Henry "Dean" Butler. She is survived by: her daughter Penny Whitmeyer of Mansfield; her grandchildren, Amy Parsons (Jeff) of Nevada, Lisa Gable of Clinton, IA and Brian Whitmeyer (Stacie) of Reynoldsburg; her great grandchildren, Ashleigh, MacKenna, Landon, Lex Parsons, Zackary, Xander, Aurora Gable, Corbin Winningham, Josslyn and Gavin Whitmeyer; her brothers, Delmer Stephens (Joyce) of Willard and Roy Alsept (Jill) of Ashland; her sister-in-law Barbara Stevens; her niece Twila Kennedy; her pet Smokey; her brothers, Edward, Wally Stephens and Melvin Stevens; and her pet Toby.
