Petty; his sisters, Sadie Petty (Frank Sylvester Sr.) and Tessie Tansimore (Ollie Sr.); and his grandsons, Shawntorio D. Kilgore and Charles D. Matthews.
He is survived by: his children, Henry R. Benjamin Jr. (Minnie L.), Charles E. Benjamin, James R. Benjamin (Clyone), Cynthia D. Kilgore, Shelia R. Benjamin and Darrick S. Benjamin (Pat Lewis); and his daughter-in-law Valerie Benjamin. He is also survived by grandchildren, great-grandchildren.
