He was predeceased by: his parents, Harold J. McGugin and Doris McGugin (Bishop); and his brother James McGugin. He is survived by: his wife Janet McGugin; his children, Karen L. McGugin, Kelly J. Maddux (Tony) and Tommy W. McGugin (Katie); his grandchildren, Skylar McGugin, Emma McGugin, Chase McGugin, Jacob Maddux, Ava Maddux, Ella Maddux, Sophia Maddux, Devyn McGugin and Molly McGugin; and his sister Joy Darling (McGugin). He is also survived by numerous extended family members and friends.
