He was predeceased by: his parents, Jim Cooper and Opal Cooper (Frazier); and his siblings, Howard Glen Cooper, Winston Cooper, Loretta Jean Cooper and Mary Carper (Bill).
He is survived by: his children, Heather Crose (Joe) of Mansfield and Michael Shawn Cooper of Ashland; his grandchildren, Bailé "Beetle" R. and Mckenzie "McKay" Kay Crose; his great grandchild Ulahni Yvonne; and his siblings, Dempsey Cooper of Ft. Meade, FL, Don Cooper of Olive Hill, KY and Albert Cooper of Grayson, KY. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews.
