She is survived by: her daughter Lesley Cassady (Thomas); her grandchildren, Colton Cassady (Stephanie), Laura Carter (Justin), Sara Cassady (Matteson) and Kelsey Cassady (Alexandrea); her daughter Kathryn Schmidt (Jason); her grandchildren, Jaden and Connor Schmidt; her daughter LaTonya Basilone; and her grandson Wesley Basilone. She is also survived by six great grandchildren, four sisters and one brother.
