She was predeceased by: her parents, William C. Cotter and Ruth Cotter (McKinney); her husband Richard W. Oswalt; her brothers, Forest (Ruth Cotter) and Harold Cotter; and her siblings-in-law, Richard Staats, James, Jen Oswalt and Mary (Jim Cox).
She is survived by: her sister Ruth Ann Staats; her sister-in-law Jeanie Cotter; and her close friends, Thomas and Cheryl Butenschon. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews and friends.
Visitation was held on Thursday, February 20th 2025 from 4:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Snyder Funeral Homes, Marion Avenue Chapel (350 Marion Ave, Mansfield, OH 44903). A funeral service was held on Friday, February 21st 2025 from 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the same location. A graveside service was held on Friday, February 21st 2025 at 12:14 PM at the Mansfield Memorial Park (2507 Park Ave W, Ontario, OH 44906).
