She was predeceased by: her parents, Gid Warren and Louise Warren (Holmes); her former husband Van Hoffman; her grandchildren, Sarah Hoffman and Cole Parker; her brothers, Harry Warren and Jessie Warren; her children-in-law, Bud Parker, Linda Hoffman and Dianne Gerhart; and her stepgrandson Brock Chaney.
She is survived by: her husband H. Gene Lucas; her children, Glenda Parker, Guy Hoffman, Carol Miller (Rocky), Rick Hoffman (Renee) and Deborah Hoffman; her stepchildren, William H. Lucas (Debbie), Carol Bland (Randy), Linda Walter (Jon), Randy Lucas and Dawn Geiman (Truman); and her granddaughter Crystal Kimble (Brian). She is also survived by numerous great-grandchildren and great-great-grandchildren; 11 step-grandchildren; 19 step-great-grandchildren.
