He is survived by: his daughters, Summer Carter and Courtney Alfred; his grandchildren, Isaiah Carter, Lyric Willis and Janiya Davis; his great grandchild La'Bari Willis; his siblings, Byron Bush and Traci Clark; and his close friend Stacy Lanier. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.
