With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Delora Jean Thomas of Mansfield, Ohio, who passed away on February 15, 2025 at the age of 88. She was predeceased by: her parents, Ransom Brewer and Genevee Brewer (Kelly); her husband Raymond Thomas; her son-in-law Verlin M. Sunderland Jr.; and her siblings, Ann Browning (Bobby), Marjorie Bailey (Willie), Ransom Brewer (Carol), Evan Brewer and Earl Brewer.
She is survived by: her daughters, Talesa Diane Sunderland of Mansfield and Neina Marcell Wolf (Daniel) of Mansfield; her grandchildren, Brandon Wolf (Krista) of Shelby, Verlyna Johnston (Marque) of Ontario, Nathan Sunderland (Penny) of Ontario, Justin Wolf (Nellie) of Crestline, Megan Schoonover (Mike) of Ontario and Amy Hicks (Travis) of Mansfield; her sister Kathy Stehle (James) of Ontario; and her sisters-in-law, Linda Brewer of Mesa, AZ and Betty Brewer of Mansfield. She is also survived by twenty great-grandchildren; eighteen great-great grandchildren.
Visitation was held on Friday, February 21st 2025 from 11:00 AM to 1:00 PM at the Wappner Funeral Directors-Ontario (100 Lexington Springmill Rd S, Ontario, OH 44906). A funeral service was held on Friday, February 21st 2025 at 1:00 PM at the same location.
