He was predeceased by: his grandparents, Ada, Stirl Stevens, Ona and Corliss Starr; and his uncles, Ron Stevens and Vernon Stevens.
He is survived by: his parents, Ralph R. Dunham and Tina D. Dunham (Stevens) of Mansfield; his children, Joshua Dunham (Brittany Zeigler) of Mansfield and Whitney Armstrong (Andrew) of Mansfield; his granddaughter Kennedy Armstrong; his sister Sherry Malone (John) of Mansfield; his nephews, John Malone (Christina) and Michael Malone; his niece Ashley Malone; his friends, Kurtis Carpenter, George, Etta Stover and Cody Bair; and his close friend Kathy.
