He was predeceased by: his grandparents, Walter, Mary Hollandsworth, Ken and Ann Marie Bailey; and his brother Michael Bailey.

He is survived by: his parents, Ronnie L. Bailey and Debora Bailey (Hollandsworth) of Mansfield; his stepmother Carol Ann Bailey of Port St; his children, Kalyn Adkins of Galion and Ryot Bailey of Mansfield; and his sister Dustina Hoffman of Mansfield.
