He is survived by: his wife Robin Elkins Clevenger; his children, Crystal Adams, Amber Skaggs (Clay Smith), Shannon Skaggs (Crystal Evans) and Ashley Skaggs (Christopher Cerha); his grandchildren, Morgan, Mason Adams, Ashtin Swick (Kearstin Kisner), Addyson Cox and Willa Skaggs; his great grandchild Zion Swick; his sisters, Margi Laipply (Randy), Charlotte Oliver (Larry), Diane Baron and Karen "Jane" Quick (Joe); and his cousin Joseph Enderle.
