She was predeceased by: her parents, John L. Hunter and Christine Hunter (Wallace); and her sister-in-law Diana Hunter. She is survived by: her husband Matthew Benick of Bellville; her sons, Troy Benick of Bellville and Sean Benick of Chicago; her grandchildren, Hunter Benick (Stephanie) and Spencer Benick (Libby); her great grandchild Casmine; and her brother David Hunter of Albuquerque. She is also survived by nieces, nephews.

In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to Clear Fork Alliance Church.
