She was predeceased by: her parents, Glen Rowe and Geraldine Rowe; her grandchildren, Detrice and John Claude; and her sister Francis Rowe.
She is survived by: her children, Don Rhinehart (Becky), Ronn Honeycutt (Cynthia), Deborah Foss (Bob), Rick Rhinehart (Vicki), Dave Rhinehart and Ginger Cooper (Dempsey); her grandchildren, Donnie (Natalie), April (Kevin), Andrew, Ari, Allie, Rachel (Ricky), Desiree (Dustin), Dylan, Jeffrey (Catherine), Ian (Sami), Eric (Nicholas) and Joshua (Stormy); and her siblings, Mary Jane Baker and Robert Rowe (Karen). She is also survived by twenty-six great grandchildren; and one great-great grandchild.
A funeral service was held on Friday, January 3rd 2025 at 2:00 PM at the Wappner Funeral Directors-Mansfield (98 S Diamond St, Mansfield, OH 44902).
In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to the family to offset funeral expenses.
