He was predeceased by: his parents, James Henry and Nola Larue Blevins (Isaac); his children, Edward Stephens, III and Sheila Stephens; his great grandchild Carson; and his uncle Cline.
He is survived by: his wife Rebecca A. "Becky" Blevins (Myers); his children, Christina Zickefoose (David) of Mansfield, Theresa Stephens of Mansfield and Gregory Stephens (Amanda) of Mansfield; and his siblings, Mary Smith of Olive Hill, KY, Nellie Smith of Olive Hill, KY, Franklin Blevins of Grayson, KY and Paul Blevins (Linda) of Grayson, KY. He is also survived by 23 grandchildren; 3 great grandchildren, numerous nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
