It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Charles Eugene Schluter II of Mansfield, Ohio, who passed away on September 14, 2023, at the age of 64, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his father Charles E. Schluter I. He is survived by: his mother Eva Jean "Jeanie" Schluter (Dorner); his sisters, Terry Schluter and Tracy Schluter Royse (Gary); his children, Jacqueline Schluter Plowman (Tim), Charles Whitney Schluter (Kelsey) and Nick Schluter; his grandchildren, Peyton, Ryleigh, Rowan and Madeline; and his aunt Phyllis Schluter Cunningham. He is also survived by many cousins, nieces, and nephews.
