It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Charleen Kay Fava of Mansfield, Ohio, born in Bluefield, Virginia, who passed away on October 10, 2023, at the age of 65, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her parents, Everette H. Harris and Bettie L. Harris (McDowell); and her siblings, Deborah Harris-Nowlin, Freda Ann Harris, Michael Everette Harris and Larry Wayne Harris.

She is survived by: her husband Frank Fava, Sr.; her sons, Devin Kuehl-Fava (Eric) and Frank Fava, Jr.; her great grandchildren, Quorra and Neo Brauchler; her siblings, Lelia Smith, Adora Kindig (David) and Jackie McDonald (Keith); and her pet Precious.

Memorial contributions may be made to the American Lung Association.
