He was predeceased by: his stepparents, Clinton Hardy and Diane Spears; and his grandparents, Paul, Sue Beer, Edgar and Carmalee Spears.
He is survived by: his mother Sharon Hardy (Spears); his children, Tabitha Spears, Gracelynn Spears, Cody Spears and Chase Spears; his father Lowell Spears; his siblings, Travis Spears, Ashley Hardy, Christy Hardy and Taylor Spears; his cousin Michelle Spears; and his uncles, Joe Spears and Lonnie Spears. He is also survived by numerous aunts, uncles.
