She was predeceased by: her parents, Dan Garrison and Mary Garrison (Ferrell); and her children, John Henry Ratliff, Jr., Billy Ratliff and Georgie Ratliff.
She is survived by: her husband John Ratliff, Sr.; her children, Mary Webber (Howard) and Randy Ratliff (Crystal Brinkerhoff); her daughters-in-law, Sherri Ratliff and Vicki Ratliff; and her brother Tom Garrison. She is also survived by 9 grandchildren; and numerous great-grandchildren and great-great-grandchildren.
Visitation was held on Wednesday, December 4th 2024 from 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the Werner-Gompf Funeral Services, Ltd. (1106 Park Ave E, Mansfield, OH 44905). A funeral service was held on Wednesday, December 4th 2024 at 12:00 PM at the same location. A burial was held on Wednesday, December 4th 2024 at the Windsor Park Cemetery (1712 Windsor Rd, Mansfield, OH 44905).
