She was predeceased by: her grandparents, Bill and Dolly Longood. She is survived by: her parents, Mark Clark and Vonnie Clark of Mansfield; her husband Matt Shafer; her stepchildren, Kelly and Piper; her brother Mason Clark (Daisi); her niece Mallorie Clark; her nephews, Myles Clark and Bradley Kelbley; her grandparents, John and Joann Clark; and her aunts and uncles, John Clark (Jeni), Gerard Dominick, Sue McQuillen (John), Michael Longood, Greg Longood, Valerie Donaldson, Cindy Longood, Vince Longood (Christina) and Jill Davis (Gordon). She is also survived by her cousins; and a host of close friends.
A funeral service was held on Friday, November 1st 2024 at 11:00 AM. Visitation was held on Friday, November 1st 2024 from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM and on Saturday, November 2nd 2024 at 10:00 AM at the Wappner Funeral Directors-Ontario (100 Lexington Springmill Rd S, Ontario, OH 44906).
In lieu of flowers memorial contributions may be made to Nationwide Children's Hospital or Hospice of Western Reserve.
