She was predeceased by: her parents, James Alexander Hill and Lilly Hil (Rabun); her siblings, Orabel, Eva Lee, Lilie Bell, Desadie, Lela Mae, Wilis, Edward, James, Lewis and John; her sons, Lenard Feagin, Elester Feagin and Howard Hill; and her grandsons, Bernard Feagin and Sean Tucker.
She is survived by: her niece Lilly Culliver (Don); her grandchildren, Anthony Feagin (Jackie) of Virginia, Beach, Rose Marie Feagin of Ontario, Michelle Avery (Courtney) of Grand Blanc, Bridget Rodriguez (Sixto) of Mansfield and Kimberly Perkins Boyd of Cleveland; her daughter-in-law Rosa Perkins (Feagin); and her great grandchild Amya Perkins Boyd. She is also survived by nieces and nephews, great-grandchildren, and great-great-grandchildren.
