He was predeceased by: his parents, Harry Smith and Monica Smith (Mullins); his wife Mildred Smith; his sons, Chester (Wilma Conley) and Don (Judy Conley); his grandson Donald Conley Jr.; his daughter-in-law Tresa Smith; and his siblings, Sylvia Teal, Frank, Buck, Tommy and Henry Smith.
He is survived by: his children, Roger, Mike, Jimmy, Larry Smith, JoAnne Fry, Alice Snyder, Melissa Grubbs and LeeDell Black. He is also survived by 25 grandchildren, 48 great grandchildren, 3 great great grandchildren; several nieces, nephews.
