He is survived by: his wife Joyce A. Mergele Tyree; his children, Deborah Wolf (Michael), Janice Tyree, Tracy Rubio and Clinton Tyree; and his siblings, Pauline Parker (Jimmy), Herbert Tyree (Marcella) and Brenda Hicks. He is also survived by 13 grandchildren; 17 great-grandchildren.
