She is survived by: her father Robert Simmons; her husband Randy Pollitt of Manchester, OH; her children, Sarah Land (Keith), Nicole Boyer of Toledo, OH, Mercedes Lewis (Georgie), Shawn Prentice of Anderson, OH, Matt Boyer of Bentonville, OH and Harley Boyer of Manchester, OH; her siblings, Amy Cooper (Jack), Linda Poe of West Union, OH, Tom Prentice of Pennsylvania and Kenneth Pettit of West Union, OH; her mother-in-law Beverly Sutterfield of West Union, OH; and her close friends, Jessie, Diana and Kenda. She is also survived by twelve grandchildren; several nieces and nephews.
