She is survived by: her husband Eugene Francis; her children, Amanda Francis (John Hackler), Lisa Blanton (Denny), Barbara Francis (David McUne) and Joseph Francis (Brandi Horn); and her brother Christopher Arnold. She is also survived by many grandchildren, great grandchildren, nieces, nephews and cousins.
